Looks like CBC finds Support. Education. Togo. mighty exciting these days. In three interviews on radio and television (French and English) SET president, Don Barclay and SET volunteer, Serge Akpagnonite talked about the not-for-profit’s work in Togo, West Africa.
CBC reporters Amy Dodge and Charles Levesque asked similar questions: How did SET begin? Why did SET choose to build schools in Togo? Where do funds for this not-for-profit come from? What difference have the 13 SET schools and two SET school renovations made? What are the hopes for SET’s new emphasis on supporting teachers’ teaching?
